Enigma develops and delivers 2nd Smug Bicycle Frame

DESIGN

1. Frame – designed to be 3D printed in one plus Connectors for Seat
2. Seat Mount – designed to be machined out of spring steel mounted to frame ahead of battery
3. Removable Battery Unit – designed to be machined out of aluminium – connectors for frame lower, frame lower right and lower rear left

DELIVERY

Stage 1 – Concept

• Client consultation phase to ensure all dimensions, surface, and materials adhere to the specification requirements specified

Stage 2 – Development

• 3D CAD Drawings – created individual parametric files that are fully transferable to other Solidworks systems with full process tree unlocked

Stage 3 – Manufacturing Drawings/Consultation

• Creation of all manufacturing drawings and consulting with manufacturers to enable delivery of all prototype parts
